At Horns Up Coffee, we’re dedicated to ensuring your coffee arrives fresh and on time. Below is our shipping policy to guide you through our process:

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after they are placed. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST), on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We use trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your orders safely. Shipping times vary by location but typically range from 2-7 business days within the United States.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery destination. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $50 (after discounts and before taxes) within the continental U.S.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 48 hours, please reach out to us at dan@doughtyorg.com or call 480-593-3870.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned as we expand to serve coffee lovers worldwide!

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at dan@doughtyorg.com or 480-593-3870 within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make things right. Horns Up Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or additional charges. Refunds cannot be issued for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
