Customer Responsibility
If there is an issue due to an error on your end, such as incorrect product information or an incorrect shipping address, the following steps apply:

Shared Responsibility
Sometimes, unforeseen issues outside of our control, such as carrier mistakes, package theft, or undelivered items, may arise. In such cases:

If you opt for a replacement order, you will cover the shipping cost, and we will cover the coffee cost up to $25.00.

Important Notes

No Returns: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns. Returned coffee must be discarded for safety and quality reasons.

Bulk Orders: Bulk orders are sold "Ex-Warehouse" and are not covered by this policy.
